The Artist reserve the right to decline any commission orders without any explanation.

The Commissioner needs to have a minimum of two (2) forms of contact (email or social media), in case something happens to one of the contacts.

The Commissioner can participate in any transaction only if they are over the age of 18 and are able to pay of their own ability (to have their own bank account/credit card/PayPal).

The Commissioner only purchases digital files.

Use of the commissioned artwork as a NFT-related image is strictly prohibited.

Use of the commissioned artwork with any kind of Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning image editor or similar software is strictly prohibited.

Any transformations to the artwork that could be deemed to be done with bad intentions or hate speech are strictly prohibited.

Other ways of alteration should be discussed prior to making them.

If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only. The Commissioner may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without a written consent from the Artist.

The artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising of future projects and online as well as physical portfolios.

The Commissioner must credit the artist by tag if the work is posted/used anywhere in their platform (Twitter : @sadsamrain / IG : @sadsamrain).

The Commissioner is not allowed to claim the commissioned work as their own.

Using the Artist's artworks for Twitch panels, banners, and stream assets doesn’t require a fee but credit to the artist’s social media account is still required.

The price stated on the website is for Personal Use only, for Commercial Use there will be additional fee (please discuss it beforehand with the artist first).

Unless agreed otherwise, your order is going to be completed in up to two months for illustration and up to six months for animation from accepting the sketch and varies depending on the complexity of the artwork.

Time the Commissioner might take to reply to sent WIP (Work in Progress) or questions on the process is excluded from this timeframe.

Please consider the time before asking for a commission.

You can contact the artist through social media or email with the form, and if the commission is accepted, the sketch will start after the payment.

Don’t send any payment before the Artist agrees to do the commission.

The Artist will notify you on every important point of the progress (sketch -> coloring -> animation) by providing screenshots of WIPs throughout the process.

Revision 1 (after sketch) : Major changes can be made (pose, details, composition). There will be additional fee if the Commissioner wants more than 1 (one) sketch. For the other that’s not chosen, it might be used for other clients.

Revision 2 (after coloring) : Minor changes can be made (adding small additional items or accessories, or change the color of small part of the illustration/animation).

If at any point you need more revision, there will be additional fee. Please discuss it with the artist first.

After the artwork is approved, the artwork will be sent through Google Drive. The Artist will keep the file on Google Drive for 2 weeks. After that, the Artist will not be accountable for lost files.

Payment with PayPal (USD) only.

Commercial fees will be applied after the price stated on the web if the Commissioner want to make merchandise of the artworks. Please contact the Artist beforehand.

The Artist will only start the commission after full payment.

The Artist will notify you about the payment a week before your turn, if there is no answer within 3 days, you will be removed from the queue.

If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid for over a week, we will cancel the commission unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.

Any additional charges (rush fees, further edits, added assets, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.

If for any reason the Artist can not start or finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.

The Artist reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.

Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if we take more than 4 months without progress.

In the event of a full refund or chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork(s) at any stage of progress.

Other than that, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

The Artist is allowed to use the artwork to promote themselves anywhere and/or post it on social media and websites.

If you’d like any additions, please inform the Artist beforehand. For example no posting the commission work before certain dates, separate parts of the artwork, file type, etc.

The Commissioner and the Artist shall not disclose each other's personal/contact details to any third parties without explicit consent from the other party. This excludes any parties entitled to this information by the law (like governmental organizations).

Payment of the invoice sent by the Artist implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
